Shuffling Spurs LLC was formed in August 2004 by three partners. Two men from the great state of Texas, and a female Yankee living right outside of New York City.

With the new found popularity of Texas Hold'em among non-traditional poker players, and as avid poker players themselves, they realized the need for an all inclusive casino quality game kit geared specifically for Texas Hold'em poker. Together they custom designed the Texas Hold'em Premium Edition Game Kit™ to include everything necessary for hosting a traditional Texas Hold'em poker game.
